Southeastern Wayne County in western West Virginia... * Until midnight EDT tonight. * At 809 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain and high water across the warned area due to training showers and thunderstorms. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
