FFWRLX The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... West Central Harrison County in northern West Virginia... * Until 345 AM EDT. * At 1155 PM EDT, emergency management reported that the city reservoir is close to overtopping, which could cause failure of the dam. If this happens, flooding would occur all along Salem Fork and Dog Run. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
