New Zealand West Coast/Mt Cook Itinerary Check

We have a rental car and will be leaving out of Dunedin tomorrow Monday and want to be in Timaru on Friday

Day 1 (Monday) - dunedin to wanaka, stay at wanaka

Day 2 (Tuesday) - wanaka to franz josef/fox glacier, stay in franz josef

Day 3 (Wednesday) - franz josef to greymouth/punakaiki and visit the pancake rocks, stay at greymouth

Day 4 (Thursday) - greymouth to lake tekapo, stay at lake tekapo

Day 5 (Friday) - lake tekapo to mount cook and head to Timaru in the evening

Does this itinerary sound too packed or doable? What should we change/edit? Any activity suggestions? For each day. Thanks!
