TWD: Lennie James

this has probably been posted before, and I know how people feel about the progression of The Walking Dead. Personally I think seasons 2-5 are some of the best TV ever. But Lennie James’ performance is always what kept me on board. I think he is so underrated and I know his character of Morgan goes in circles after a while, but imo he goes above and beyond at all times. I think he holds the show together during the “Saviors” arch, and his lack of personal attachment yet moral commitment is admirable to me. But overall, I see why he got a spin off, not because of the character but because of his charisma and talent. I don’t think another actor or character could’ve pulled it off at that point in the series.
