Hey guys, I still confused about the concept of marines, especially when the US would use their marines in special forces missions....
Like, its in the name... MARInes which I would be thinking that it is part of the navy but it is a separate branch...
I am actually confused about the Concept of Marines.... Not just in the US but whole other countries
Question: Are marines part of the navy? Are marines special forces? Are marines land base or just at the coast? Are marines different from any other special forces or are they the same with the basic infantry?
