Suggest me a movie that just has to be seen in a theater

I'm going to have a private screening at a theater with friends and family and we're going to watch Pirates of The Caribbean (and maybe a few episodes of Andor) but I also want to watch a movie that just HAS to be seen on a big screen.

Rated R suggestions are okay and preferably the movie is rarely screened in theaters.
