Movies to Re-Inspire Love of Movies

Just watched Late Night with the Devil and while I thought it was amazing and would highly recommend, it did indirectly take me down a bit of a rabbit hole. It hyper-intensified the sameness of the majority of other modern movies. Does anyone have any fun, unique hidden gems lying around? No specific genre in mind (my interests tend to skew towards sci-fi/comedy/horror), just looking for a couple movies where you can really feel the passion of the filmmakers and you can actually feel love for the craft without the creeping sense of studio meddling afoot. So basically the anti-Madame Web.
