I graduate college in December and I am currently debating between commissioning in the Marines or enlisting in the Army as an E-4 with an Option 40 contract.
I am debating enlisting because I want to DO the work that I signed up for. I am not too fond of a lot of desk work which even infantry officers do a lot of. Additionally, the Army has a lot more schools and training that can be done if I was to fail at becoming a Ranger.
Any opinions and guidance on this is super helpful and appreciated. Thank you!
