How to train for Rangers

I 16m and about to graduate my sophomore year of high school. I am going to join the army and become a ranger. And if you look at the post I’ve made before this one you’ll probably see that I asked a lot of dumb questions. But right now I want to know from people who have gone through both Ranger school and RASP recently and then what you did to train for them. I also plan on going to the SOCOM ATHLETE and for those who don’t know it’s a program that goes state to state and it gauges if you can handle special forces (in all branches) and if you’re good enough a recruiter from the special forces of your branch will give you a special forces contract.
