New investment account for a 21 year old

Hello all, I am 21M and have already maxed out my 2023 and 2024 Roth IRA. I have a HYSA with 80k in it (I have a certain set of circumstances so I am fortunate to have this money. And I also have a CD with 40k.

I currently hold 60% VOO and 30% VT in my Roth IRA with the last 10% in on stocks that I have done research on.

I have recently decided to take 20k and invest it (not coming from these accounts above). I was just wondering which account I should open to use it. Do I put it in my Robinhood brokerage account which I already have a little bit of money in or is there a better account that I should do it with?

I plan on having this account being around the same (maybe 60% VOO and 25% VT) and having a little more freedom on this account to have some more stocks.
