Help with Volotea airlines

I’ve just flown with volotea airlines on the 29th March and paid in full for my flight. Yesterday I received a notification from my bank that they took 100€ from my account! I was not emailed about this at all I’ve looked in all my emails including spam folders so I don’t know why I also try and sign into megavolotea but it says I don’t have an account so there’s no way I can cancel the subscription I didn’t even know existed. Completely unaware with no contact from the company. I can’t email them because that want a booking confirmation code and since I’ve already flown is invalid Does anime know what I can do?
