hello.
My husband was recently diagnosed with a seizure disorder and we are starting to see differences in one of our dogs, Dempsey. He has become more on edge and tense; when a seizure occurs, he goes into protection mode for my husband and will growl at us if we approach my husband. Unfortunately, I often need to catch my husband from falling and this is where it's becoming worse. He does not trust me anymore, despite attempts at reestablishing trust via games and training. He can never relax anymore and is very suspicious of what my husband may do. Has anyone else had this experience? Mainly looking for support and advice. Thank you.
