Are Greyhound Busses Better After Policy Changes In The Past Few Years

So, it's been a few years since I took it, and in most cases it was an awful experience, and I vowed from then on to never take a long route with them.

Anywho, that aside, I'm taking a much shorter and more direct route because it's by far the cheapest way to get to where I'm going, especially because I get a discount on my fare. I noticed that there have been some new rules in place since the last time I rode and some policy changes.

So, I'm wondering how things are with them lately and if things are better than they were before? Have they improved any in the past few years, or is it just a corporate facade of change?
