Cesar first immigrated to the United States in 1990. He started grooming canines and became known for trimming and shaving pooches that didn't want the treatments. Many YouTube channels reveal that some dogs aren't fond of sitting still as electric razors move across their matted fur. However, Cesar kept the pets calm.
