US ESTA for dual nationals

Hi there I am a dual national and applied for an ESTA using my acquired citizenship as I plan on using that passport to travel to the US, as per instruction. In the application I disclosed my birth citizenship too, of course.

At the time of ESTA application I was renewing my birth nationality passport, so could only enter the expired passport number in the field regarding any second nationality passports in the ESTA (NOT the one I plan on using to travel). The ESTA instructions say to disclose passports also if they're expired, so I did that.

The embassy then told me after a couple of days that my passport was ready, and later on I also got my ESTA approved with the old passport number. So now I'm stressing out as maybe the new passport was already ready and US immigration may think it's voluntarily applied with an expired passport instead of the new one?

Will this be a problem? At the time of ESTA application I didn't know my new passport was ready, so I wasn't "holding it" yet.

Both nationalities are ESTA eligible, by the way.
