I am planning a trip overseas for my 40th birthday in August but I have no idea where to go.
My partner and I are looking for a tropical holiday close to Australia (where we live) and want nice beaches, palm trees, cocktails etc as well as the option to do activities like hiking, snorkelling etc.
We can travel anytime from June through August, however this is the wet season, so maybe late August?
We would prefer to stick to the South Pacific (Fiji, French Polynesia, etc), so if you've been anywhere you can recommend, let me know!
