At 635 AM EDT/535 AM CDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 21 miles south of Greensboro to 10 miles northwest of Carrabelle to 15 miles southwest of Apalachicola, moving east at 55 mph. The weather stem site at the Apalachicola Airport measured a wind gust of 51 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
