Trying to see if it’s worth it to get my 2 year old GSD pet insurance or put the money into a savings account since he has one injury and I know many pet insurances relate stuff back to a previous injury.
Wondering if this would be considered a pre existing condition “Mild intrascapular swelling noted in right stifle may simply be artifact due to mild obliquity. Possibility of acute soft tissue injury, but no evidence of degenerative changes to CCL or chronic changes in joint on clinical exam or radiographs.”
This is written in my vets notes… I am cautious to sign up for pet insurance if they can relate any future injury back to this but unsure since it says “no evidence of degenerative changes to CCL”
Thoughts?
