Netflix's live-action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender has lost its original showrunner for season 1, who will not be returning to finish out seasons 2 and 3. The series is a remixed version of the 2005 animated series, which follows Avatar Aang on his journey to master all four elements and defeat the Fire Nation.
