Looking for movies that feel like high art

It's hard to put in to words exactly what I'm looking for but movies like 'In the mood for love' by Wong Kar Wai or 'Stalker' by Tarkovsky just give this special feeling. They use the medium of film to its fullest and go above and beyond. Would love to hear about some movies that gave you a similar feeling
