Is this itinerary too packed?

My family and I are planning on going to Europe in August from the first to 12th. We land in Paris the second. Will prolly do the major sights and try to catch an Olympic event. We leave the 4th and head for Nice. Main things here are explore Nice and do a day trip to Monaco. On the 7th we head to Como via Milan and explore lake como. On the 9th, we head to Lucerne via Milan and Zurich and do some hiking. On the 11th, we head back to Paris and fly out next morning. I have already done a cross-Europe trip in 2.5 weeks so think this should be manageable. Just wondering if anyone had advice on what to skip or what to spend more time on.
