We are delighted to announce Ms. Priya Yadav’s appointment as Corporate Assistant Manager HR for our corporate office at Clarks Safari.

A postgraduate from Manipal University, Ms. Yadav boasts extensive expertise in operations, human resources, recruitment, and grievance handling. Additionally, she holds a certificate in HR from the University of Minnesota. Her rich background includes notable roles at Puno Adventure & Trampoline Park and Homelane within the hospitality sector.

Ms. Yadav is adept at managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and enhancing employee engagement through strategic initiatives. Her previous responsibilities encompassed recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR records for compliance.

In her new role, Ms. Yadav will not only continue to excel in her existing areas but will also spearhead training and development initiatives, oversee performance management, handle HR data and reporting, and implement HR software to streamline operations.

Ms.Yadav, shares, “The face of hospitality is changing a lot, and the old HR roles and
functions have also upgraded themselves, keeping up with the recent times. Tourists
have become much more aware and are strictly abiding by responsible tourism. The
whole staff should be in sync with the idea of sustainability and responsible tourism,
this requires a lot of training and conducting regular workshops for the employees. I
aim to cut down on plastic waste and design proper processes that ensure a
reduction in carbon footprint. Leaving everything to the guests is not fair, as a leading
hospitality player we need to do our bit to ensure the process is strictly implemented.
At the same time, I will focus on building a robust technological infrastructure and
increasing the reach of the trade partners. Adhering to the company policy, I am
planning to push local employment, more employees will be hired locally and given
world-class hospitality training.”
