The Flood Advisory will expire at 1145 AM EDT this morning for portions of north central and northeast Ohio, including the following areas, in north central Ohio, Ashland, Knox, Morrow and Richland. In northeast Ohio, Holmes. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Additional rainfall this afternoon and evening could renew flooding concerns across the area. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
