Boeing 747/ 787: Frankfurt>Haneda>Fukuoka

I'm researching some flights from Frankfurt to Fukuoka (via Haneda ofc). The search results indicate that the first leg (to Haneda) will be on a Boeing 747, and the second leg, a domestic flight, to Fukuoka will be on a 787. Is that correct? Boeing 787 for a domestic flight of ˜1000km??
