* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph. * WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Colorado, northwest and west central Kansas, and southwest Nebraska. * WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT /7 PM CDT/ Sunday. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Plumes of blowing dust will create pockets of low visibility. Visibilities will likely change rapidly over short distances, making travel hazardous in these areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust may accompany the high winds starting as early as sunrise. The strongest winds look to be during the morning hours before gradually declining through the afternoon.
