* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph expected. * WHERE...Eagle. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM AKST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero could cause frostbite to exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
