which horror movie scared the life out of you, in terms of jump cares and suspense

Been searching for good horror movies that actually scares me, i’ve seen a lot, and when i say a lot… its a lot of horror movies and I kinda became sorta numb to the scares or suspense, haven’t found a movie lately that legitimately makes me jump or feel scared. Any recommendations that aren’t the typical like Hereditary would be very much appreciated. (Sorry if my phrasing is wrong my main language isn’t english)
