Small Craft Advisory, from 5 AM to 11 PM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the Columbia River Bar. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong ebb current of 5.6 kt at 436 PM Sunday with seas to 8 ft. Very strong ebb current of 6.48 kt at 502 AM Monday with seas to 9 ft. Ebb current of 5.46 kt at 522 PM Monday with seas to 10 ft.
