My husband and I were thinking of going to Cancun or Tulum in August for my birthday but I was reading that this is actually hurricane season so I'm a little worried about the weather around this time.
I still really want to travel though and I've never been out of the US except a short trip to Mexico last year.
We are looking to go somewhere for about 5 days. Any recommendations of where we can travel? It's our first time traveling without our kids and we never had a honeymoon either so we really want to go somewhere romantic.
