Happy or sad?

I had to have my cat put to sleep on Wednesday, the day before my birthday. I’m devastated.

Would it make more sense to watch a happy movie or a sad movie?

I’m thinking sad because I don’t think I want to even try to be happy for now but idk. Any psychologists in here?

Can you suggest a movie for me, happy or sad? I know I don’t want to watch any movies about pets dying, or probably animals in general.
